Celestial Kingdom
- Slaughter Creek in South Austin, Texas will hold it's customary De Giant BBQ, and a possible althing vote.
- Reminders went out this week that Kingdom Quest will be held out in Beeville, TX at Fallen Sun on September 21st.
- Intents to run for kingdom office (Monarch, Regent and Champion) are due to me in writing no later than midnight on September the 21st (Sunday of CK quest). You can email it to me at [email protected], send it to me by private message on the CK forums, post it on the CK forums in this ‘thread or hand deliver it to me. -Sylvanista. Weasel has with drawn his candidacy, Esoum is now the only one running for Monarch.
Crystal Groves
- Continues to sort out their process for admitting Subgroups. Shattered Lands (Alexandria, VA), Outlaw Point (Carlisle, PA), Bandits Flats East (Dover, DE), and Lemuria (Wheeling, WV), have announced their intent to join the kingdom. Solstice (College Park, MD) has already joined and Ambient Forest is up for a vote at their next althing.
Desert Winds
- Aug 29th Sept 1 Dragon Blade Wars hosted by Dessert Rose at Welcome RV Park, 9 miles west of Wells Nevada. The autocrat has many things planed for this event, ranging from Orc Ball to Castel siege, Lit ditch field to drinking games at the Tavern. The cost is $20 pre-pay, though at the gate its $30. http://dragonbladewar.com/ This will be the first official coronation of the Kingdom of Desert Winds. Video of their Kingdom investiture.

Dragonspine
- Aug 28th - Sept 1st Harvest of Souls War XIII Hosted by Pegasus Valley- Lindrith, NM
- For the office of Prince of Westmarch, gaining 32 votes to his opponent's 17, Sir Euric defends his right to the crown and remains as Prince Sir Euric of Westmarch. For the office of Regent of Westmarch, garnering 34 votes against 13 votes, Squire Gwendair wins the Regent's election. Winning a total of 24 votes to his opponent's 10, Rafael assumes the position of Guildmaster of Reeves of Westmarch. For the vacated position on the Board of Directors, Sir Keluric gains 39 votes to Squire Laoric's 9. By the Corpora, Sir Keluric shall assume the empty seat on the Board while Squire Laoric shall be reserved as an alternate in the chance a member of the Board is unable to attend a meeting and vote. - Congratulations to Trianna, the next PM of the Emerald Hills. The break down of the vote is as follows: Trianna - 34 votes Crimson Witch - 23 votes. Votes were received from MWG, KP, ES, MS, and SG. Thanks to all who voted. It is important that people take the opportunity to voice their opinions in the election process. For those who did not vote, please consider voting in upcoming elections. Everyone's voice counts. -Forest

- Twilight :Year Three is announced, hosted by the shire of Twilight Peak September 19 - Sunday, September 21 Held on the beautiful property of Elysia Skuld, Year Three will be the first Twilight held as a camping event. With a schedule including a beautifully crafted quest by Twilight Peak's own Questmaster Wunjo, a new-and-improved Company Royale, and several gems of Twilight Peak's creation (Domination, Double Domination, etc.) - Bear
Iron Mountains
- Zumat steps up as Ducal Prime Minister of IMD.
- Althings continue in the Iron mountains. Among the proposals are a removal of the scribe position, and a reduction of the entry fee for day trippers to Rakis. The debate on the later portion seems to be that it is to be placed in the IM Corpora which may 'bind the hands' of future Rakis Autocrats.
- Darkmoon has fighter practices now every Tuesday and Thursday at Palmer Park at 4PM.

- Mystic Caverns (Glasgow, KY) works on their new Website.
Rising Winds
- August 31st - Thundering Rivers Declarations for local office open.
- August 30th Madoc's Keep Quals
- Aug. 29th-Sept 1. Battle Cry is held at the Geneva Hills Resort in Lancaster, OH. Cost is 20$ the event will feature 7 meals Fighting, Jugging, Arts and Sciences classes, Fighting classes, Quest class and many more!
- August 28 -31 a 3 or 4 day event in Zumberak Mountain (65 kilometers away from Zagreb). This location we call "Rajski Vrhovi" (which is Peaks of Heaven in Croatian). Presented by Krvomedje (Blood Honey). please contact [email protected] for details.

- The Principality of Northern Lights holds our Crown Tourney, Elections, and Althing will be held August 24th in Shrouding Mist's normal fighting field. Coronation will be held the weekend following Pac War at Greenwood Keep's normal fighting field. Also, anyone not passing quals that would like to continue to run may do so with a majority vote at the Althing.

Desert Winds
- The Kingdom of Desert Winds is holding their first Prime Minister and GMR Ballot. Sunflower and Loptr have declared for PM; Chour and Daenen are up for Guildmaster of Reeves.
- River's End is holding a second vote for local monarchy this weekend. The tickets are Raisin and Racheal versus Jeriah and Genitch, for regent and monarch respectively.

- Micah has implemented level tests for his chapter of Olympus in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

- Winter's Edge, a confederation of groups with chapters in locations such as Knoxville, Asheville, Oak Ridge, and Huntsville, will hold their Coronation at Montgomery Bell State Park, 1020 Jackson Hill Road, Burns, TN. on 22-24 This is a dry site.
Rising Winds
- Declarations for office open in Thundering Rivers.
- Frostlands in LaCross, Wisconsin holds a A&S Swap on the 24th.
- Phoenix Tears McClean, Ohio wars on Dragon's Tale Robinson, Illinois on the 23rd Cursed Prairie of East Peoria, Illinois will also attend.
- Declarations for the positions of Rising Winds's Kingdom Monarch, Kingdom Regent and Kingdom Champion are now officially open. Declarations well remain open until 12:01 am 08/31/08.
- Kaadiart "I don't do anything when it comes to Amtgard" Anamayan will be the Autocrat of the 2009 Discord, entitled "Discord Presents: Tarna."

- This Saturday, August 23rd, is Sheriff Baku Panurple's of U-topus Crokett, TX Mid-reign at 4-mile park (weather permitting). 3:30 p.m. or whenever the competators arrive: Champions Tournament between Alzane Panurple and Dark our current Champion About 4ish or when ever the tournament is over we will start preperations for the battlegame themed "U-topus goes to Hades"

- Angel's Haven has new heraldry.
- The Kingdom of Blackspire will be holding their Kingdom Elections, Champions Tourney, Guildmaster Elections, and Althing this Saturday August 16th at The One Park (Creston Park, 44th & Powell in Portland, OR) starting at 12 Noon. As there is an item on the Althing docate that may change how the Champions Tourney is held, we will take care of the Althing first and we will start this at 1:00 PM.

- Aug 15-17 CK Midreign to be held at fireman's park in Giddings, texas. A BoD meeting to follow.

- Desert Rose, in Elko, Neveda, is holding their local Crown Quals, Duffer Cole and Laura are the only ones who have yet declared. No GMR or champion declarations have been made.
- Declarations for Dual Office in River's End are Due by August 13. Candidates so far are Racheal and Rasin, Gentich and Jeriah, with Canthor in for Champion and Fitz for GMR
Dragonspine
- His Grace, Duke Murdoc of the Astral Winds, the officers and the populace have agreed to combine Coronation with Grand Academy this year. This event is scheduled to occur Thursday, August 14th through Sunday, August 17th. And will include several Knights and Master Craftspeople from out of state! Please mark you calendars.
- August 16th, Westmarch is invading... ITSELF. The core lands are coming to Crimson Sanctum to crack heads, slay newbs, and have a rollicking good time. Siar Geata will come to aid their red-hued neighbors. More details here.

- Emerald Hills is now Accepting Declarations for Kingdom Prime Minister. Declarations will close at midnight on the 22nd.
- Soul's Crossing will be meeting at their regular Audubon Park at 1:00 Sunday the 17th. Their 4 weekend trial at overton park did not go as well as hoped. For two of those weekends, it rained. The other two days it was just really hot. They may try again when the weather is nicer.
- Arimas Clu will hold a garbing class on August 16th at Mouningwood Glen

- Dark Shores has a new website
- Rivermoor also has a new website.
- On Saturday August 16 at Querna Tema 12:00 p.m. the fun and wacky quest the for Sword of the Flame will commence. I wish for all participants to come as their favorite characters from any of the 3 Shrek movies and if so wish to donate the costumes to the monster guild. There will be an A&S compeition for the best Shrek inspired costumes run by Regent Argile with prizes. There will be a water feature in the quest so anyone who does not want to get wet will have the ability to step out at the point.
Neverwinter
- August 13th Elections for Mystic Caverns Prime Minister take place. So far the announced candidates are Bone the Grey, Slagthor, Wolfman Kensai, Dioxide Rhasnaph, Llanus Dayowar.

- Centerpoint opens declarations for local Prime Minister and GMR.
- August 14th Harrowing Citadel will hold a thursday night quest at O'Brian Park, It's about 5 minutes off the bypass. Take the Ironwood Exit to get off the bypass, turn left onto Ireland Road, turn right at the Marathon onto Michigan street, past the Culvers BAM! O'Brian park. There is a gazebo, a water play thingy, a built in grill, some open grass, and some thick woods.
- On August 10th Land's End invaded Nifilheim with a total turnout of 16. Several great battlegames took place including a fun chaos gift game.
- Aug 14 - 17 Fan Faire Five banners will be in attendance.
- Aug 15-17 Storm Grove holds their Sumer Fest
- Aug 17th Althing for Bandit Flats East
- Aug 16th Final Day of Veles Harbour's Amtgard Academy

- Mirrim of IM has set up a bank account to accept donations to replace lost equipment, and gate funds that were washed away at Clan.
Celestial Kingdom
- Kingdom Midreign is held at Fireman's Park in Giddings, Texas.
- Explores the notion of only allowing active dues paid knights to vote via Althing. 4.5.2.1 Any Knight may attend a CoK meeting. However, only those Knights who are Active Contributing Members of the Kingdom are allowed to vote on Knighthood candidates.

- Has changed the permissions on their list, now only moderators can post there. The goal is to get more people to use the forums for communication, which can be found at http://cgforum.amtgardeast.com/index.php

- Mathias is having the scroll announcing DW's Kingdom hood reproduced via high quality scan. Several copies have been requested.
- Declarations for Kingdom Prime Minister are due by Friday August 22nd. Sunflower and Loptr have declared for Prime Minister.
- Desert Winds calls for Award recommendations for their upcoming first coronation.
- A new park is being formed in Billings, Montana by Loup and some locals. They are thinking of calling the place 'Northern Crest'.

- Via Athing, GP has removed the contract of one of their sub groups, Shining Dogs so that they can rebuild.

- Start saving your pennies because you read that right. Sir Sanchez, GV Sword Knight, Co-Captian of FRAT, Scourge of the Ditch Field, Stabber of Kidneys (that was a joke....) has offered to auction to someone the oppurtunity to tar and feather him (with GV approved materials, we want him humiliated not dead). Just imagine the glory, the pictures, the You Tube videos all can be yours at this years Fury of the Northlands!
