Burning Lands

Emerald Hills

• Trianna the Kingdom Prime Minister puts out a call to the local PMs of King's Point, Soul's Crossing, Riverstone, and Midnight Rain.

Celestial Kingdom

• The Celestial Kingdom will hold their relic quest at Fallen Sun on the 21st, this quest was rescheduled from 'Ike weekend'.
• September 17th is the deadline for CK althing submissions.
• Intent for crown positions due to the Kingdom Prime Minister, Sylvanista de’Ebonydaryth.

Golden Plains

• On September 20th GP holds it's Kingdom Coronation in Lubbock with Irongate's Labyrinth.

Iron Mountains

• The Duchy of Olympus is being featured in a college news paper. Bromos wrote the article.
• Gehenna Plains plans it's upcoming Demo at Riverssance.
• September 21 Pirate Game Day, Ruuna's Birthday bash in Ivory Tower
• Sept 19-21 we have Imperial Midreign! Trinidad Lake State Park, Trinidad Colorado. We are in the Group camp area, called the Piedmont area. The event fee is $10 per person, and the campground also charges $6 per car per night, so carpool if you can.

Goldenvale

• September 20th Goldenvale holds an Althing.

Dragonspine

• Declarations to run for monarch, regent, champion or heir apparent in Dragonspine are due September 20, 2008. Declarations must be made in public and in writing to Raven by 4 PM.
• September 19-21 Westmarch Coronation featuring the Feast of Mars games. Pics from the event.
• Sunday, September 21st starting at noon at Pollux's place - High Oasis A&S theme - Leather working.

Wetlands

• Many of the locals out side Houston are looking to help repair the homes of those that were damaged by the recent Hurricane, Ike.

Neverwinter

• September 21 Althing for Radiant Valley. Remember only dues paid members can vote and matter. -Bunch
• We're holding open bidding for o-crats for winter coronation. We will be shooting for 4/17-19. Layla will be Feast-o-crat. It will probably be held at Big Ridge State Park in Anderson, TN, but we are taking suggestions for site.

Blackspire

Rising Winds

• Gryphon's Perch is having crown quals on Sunday, September 21 . Offices that are open are Duke, Regent, and Champion. If you want to run for those offices, you really ought to announce it publicly on the list before Saturday, 11:59 PM September 20th.
• September 21st Crown Quals for Western Gate. Heartwynd and Bighead are up for Duke; Karl and Tanath for Regent; Keonee, Sanjar, Tempest, and Konrad for Champion; Xander, Fey Anya, Wrenn have posted for the BoD.
• September 21 Phoenix Tears Allthing/Quest Day
• September 21 Steel River's Coronation Little Rock, AR; join us in our Baronial Coronation, in which Baroness Jana will step down for the new Baron Mikhail. Come out for food and battlegames in our huge tarp castle.
• September 20th - Thundering Rivers Voting Closes, their coronation will be held on the following Sunday.
• Sept 17th Rescheduled Pre-Pirate-Fest Stitch and Bitch and Project Runway tentatively scheduled Cordis Medagar

Desert Winds

• September 20th Truvale holds it's first Kingdom Game day and the beginning of it's themed quest series; "Quest for Riches". The newly formed Kingdom of Desert Winds needs to fill it's coffers and we Truevale will quest far and wide for the riches that we as a kingdom require! So As such every other week we will be pulling from the wealth of battle games and monsters and holding quest battles, small or large they will be fun for all.

Freeholds

• Pecan Grove, announces it's self to the Celestial Kingdom.
• Hey guys, Five Banners is doing a joint Melee/Amtgard one day event on September 20 at Hunter Park in Tulsa. As some of you may know Melee is based in Tulsa and runs over a hundred strong in Tulsa alone. Some of the guys from Five Banners have been hanging out with the Melee guys and have sparked their intrest in our magic system and monster classes (something their game lacks). If we can make a good showing here we could gain several new members from the Melee group. This is something that could do our area a lot of good. So I ask that you consider making the drive to Tulsa and show the Melee guys what Amtgard is about.

Burning Lands

Emerald Hills

• Due to dangerous weather conditions created by Hurricane Ike, the EH Midreign has been moved to Sept 19-21st.

Celestial Kingdom

• Nighteyes will be stepping down as Duke of the Duchy of Murky Waters due to mundane reasons. They will be electing a Protem officer to fill in for the durations of the term. The althing is scheduled for the 28th of this month.
• Public declarations so far; Esoum and Weasel for Monarch, Bearshoulders and Waco for Champion, Tink and Foxtwychen for Regent. The wiki had previously reported that Weasel had dropped his intent, this information have been found false, it is uncertain at this time if he will continue his campaign.
• Due hurricane IKE Fallen Sun has rescheduled Kingdom relic quest.

Golden Plains

• The Golden Plains continues to work the kinks out it's corpora.

Iron Mountains

• This Saturday is a Principality Event! We are going to Mists to beat some Frosties. The plan is to meet at Starmount's park (Como Park off Lexington and Horton Ave in St Paul) at 1:00pm. Then once everyone is there and ready to go, there will be a caravan to Mists park down in Apple Valley. Raphael will be holding a post slaughter suarez at his house after the raid.
• Imperial Dragonmaster will occur this weekend at IMD park. Judging is to commence at 1:30 pm, so all items are due entered by 1:00 pm. mOZZ is still looking for judges, and spare tables for entries.
• Sept 13th – Quena Tema Midreign
• September 13th - Defense of the Freehold of Mists of the Dawn; Starmount Travel Day -- come help defend misties from the duchy of frostlands! (oh yeah, they don't know we're coming yet!)

Goldenvale

• The Great Eastern XI Bid has been accepted. The head Autocrat will be Anders Draken.

Dragonspine

• September 14 Queen Emer attends Lost Souls's coronation.
• Renn Faire has been found to be the same weekend as Maize Maze which doubles as DS Coronation. The logistics look sticky, but the 'Spiners are forging ahead, looking for some one who is not heavily involved in the Event to Autocrat Fair.

Wetlands

• There are three candidates now for Monarch: Ozymandius, Sir Zach Ironwolf, and Squire Sebastian.

• Northern Lights Coronation This Sunday September 14th Greenwood Keep- Wonderwood Park Lacey.
• Reports are trickling in as to how Pac War went. Read the thread on Esam [1]. Find Pictures here. Their were 179 people on site for the event.

Rising Winds

• Smurf and Grumish have declared for the office of local monarch of Griffon's Perch
• On Sept, 14 An Althing will be held to decide moving Ashen Hills from Lake Lansing North Park to Valley Court Park. They will also will hold a feast with guests from the Freehold of Woodhaven Keep.
• Roshi has volunteered to run the Warskill tourney this weekend at Cursed Prairie. The original Tourney master was forced to cancel due to a finicky work schedule.
• 'Ultimo of 'team choas leauge' has declared a 'war' on Thee Nights Legacy. He is quoted to have said; i ultimo the leader of team chaos and my underlings will reck havoc upon TNL we want the blood of all those who are pure my group agaist TNL no mercy winner claims the lands and rights to the laws of the park!!!!! Utlimo's plan seems to general center around making people cringe at spelling and grammar errors, then attack while they are distracted.
• Frost lands Continues to plan their upcoming event the Feast of First Frost, which will be held in early October. They have also finally resolved their issues with their record of those that are dues paid.
• September 13 Madoc's Keep Coronation
• Western Gate's Pie in the face standings continue to rise the top three are; Silverleaf 43pts, Ravell of CG 27pts, Tempest 26pts. Suggested fillings include; Baby's Strained Peas and Green Beans over Creamed Yams
• Thundering Rivers Voting Begins on the 14th.
• The Pre-Pirate-Fest Stitch and Bitch and Project Runway tentatively scheduled for Paisley's on Wednesday night has to be post-poned for mundane reasons. Since Pirate Fest runs several weekends, let me know if anyone might be interested next week.-Baronet Paisley of Cordis medagar

Crystal Groves

• Prime Minister elections will be held on September 28. Declarations closed on September 7th and the two candidates are Katrina and Tosc.
• September 13th There will be an Arts Festival in the Hagerstown City Park this week. Therefore, CG will be meeting at Hellane Park instead on Sunday the 14th. This is a temporary location so that our activities do not interfere with the Festival.

Desert Winds

• Sindari attempts to establish another weekly fighter practice for the chapter of River's End. There is already a Tuesday Practice. This new one would be held on Wednesday at Taylorsville park. Discussions continue.

Freeholds

• Five Banners announces it's intent to seek the sponsorship of the Emerald Hills.
• Centerpoint has resolved their records snafu, and has fifteen new waivers on file.
• Pecan Grove in Pleasanton, Texas.

First Weekend in September

Blackspire

• September 4-7th Pac War X at Ft.Stevens K.O.A. In Astoria OR. Blackspire created their newest Knight of the Serpent at this event, Garth. Reports are trickling in as to how the event went. Read the thread on Esam [2]. Find Pictures here. Their were 179 people on site for the event.

Burning Lands

Celestial Kingdom

• Declarations for Kingdom Office will come to a close at Qualifications, which will be held on either October 4th or 5th. They will likely be held in San Marcos, Tx. Public declarations so far; Esoum and Weasel for Monarch, Rand for Champion, Tink and Scotty for Regent. The wiki had previously reported that Weasel had dropped his intent, this information have been found false, it is uncertain at this time if he will continue his campaign.
• The Duchy of Murky Waters will be having its Mid reign event the 5-7th of September. The theme will be Atlantis and the gate fee will be $7 This event will be held at Burkhaven.
• September 7th Broken Citadel holds and open weapon tourney.

Crystal Groves

• CG has canceled this past weekend's Car wash due to weather. It has been rescheduled for September 27th.
• Prime Minister elections will be held on September 28. Declarations closed on September 7th and the two candidates are Katrina and Tosc.
• The CoS decided to use the time allotted for the company battle at FoD to run two timed battles - one full class and one ditch style.
• As was announced at the Althing this past Sunday, it is our desire to hold a Tourney/Demo in honor of our dear friend Solay Firehawk on October 18. What would need to be done as far as the Park is concerned?
• Crystal Groves' Althing voted to accept Ambient Forest as its second subgroup.

Desert Winds

• Celebrations from their first kingdom coronation continue. King Mathias and Queen Nidilap are gathering their regailia, still needed are court crowns. They have also assigned gold, lands and men to each of their nobles in each of their provinces.

Dragonspine

• Wavehaven held an althing calling for the banning of PAG. He will be banned for the next year, and may appeal the decision at the Althings which would occur one monthly.
• Declarations to run for monarch, regent, champion or heir apparent are due September 20, 2008. Declarations must be made in public and in writing to Raven by 4 PM.
• Sunday, September 7th starting at noon an A&S class will be held for High Oasis at Sethra and Mar's place - theme - Garb Making 101 with the lovely Sethra.
• Harvest War was held in Pegasus Valley last weekend, Lurker took several pies for the team.
• Westmarch discusses aligning their coronation with Darkshore. There are several different opinons on this matter, read about them here.

Emerald Hills

• The northern Emerald Hills Chapters and the nearby freeholds continue to discus the viability of a Grand Duchy in their area. They are at the moment trying to come up with a viable name for their future group. Red Dawn, Forsaken Lands, Red Plains Territories, and Red Sands have all been discussed.

Golden Plains

• Quals are done and the new leadership of the Kingdom has been announced, Dame Lyra will step up as Queen at their next coronation. Monkey, who was also a candidate from Monarch will step in as Champion,
• There is a deep discussion on the Kingdom Corpora, It's Taxes and The dues that it charges per player.

Goldenvale

• Ravenwing holds an althing, topics to be discussed; Adding a game day in winter months to increase numbers, changing play times to 12-4 so that it doesn't get to dark to continue. Read the thread on their forums.
• Fury of the Northlands was held Last weekend. Goldenvale continues to recover from the event and the Knighting of their first four belter, Blackhawk. Read their reviews of the event, on their forums.
• The "New Monarch Naked Dance" is basically a tradition up here, I guess down south you guys do things wierd and expect your new Monarch to keep their clothes on... -Bowen

Iron Mountains

• Sept 5th - 7th Summer Trials will be held by the duchy of Querna Tema.
• South Gate has announced that they will be holding their IM Midreign Feast. Axgar himself will be wear a prim Chef's hat for the event.

Neverwinter

Rising Winds

• The North Haven will be holding a mid-term crown qualifications on Sunday, September 7th, at our usual location. We'll be having ourselves a lovely day of Arts & Sciences, as well as a Quals Tournament for the stick-minded. All are welcome to enter their swords, garb, armor, food, art, and the like into the A&S portion of the tournament. We're on the hunt for folks who'd like to spend the day judging the entries at the moment, also.
• September 7th Decalerations for local office begin in Western Gate
• Members of Western Gate Visit the new chapter in House Springs, Missouri; Rolling Hills of Baal.
• September 8th Declarations are due for Prime Minister in Gehenna Plains
• Ashen Hills will be running a special team quest this Sunday at Lake Lansing Park North in Haslett. Prizes are three park relics. Games start at 1 p.m. We'll probably get the quest running at 2 p.m. The quest is designed to be completed by a team but can be completed by a single person.
• Sept. 7 Qualifications for Ashen Hills.
• September 7th -Thundering Rivers Quals ~ Declarations close at midnight

Wetlands

• Gustav made us all displace directly from PSIV. 19 Crimson Mooners (Lake Charles, Louisiana) and 6 Darkmoorians (Beaumont, TX) peeps were shacked up from Austin to Memphis during Gustav.
• There are three candidates now for Monarch: Ozymandius, Sir Zach Ironwolf, and Squire Sebastian.
• Due to Ike and some traveling going on, Stormwall Relic quest is being moved to sept 21st.
