Master Sir Tosc

Biography
Originally started in Silverwater, back when it was part of the Burning Lands. There, started a household named "Whitestar", meant to be a counter of the Blackstars.
Later resurfaced in Crystal Groves where he became one of the key members of that group. Was knighted Flame on July 9th, 2011 by King Zamorak.
