Biography

"At least if im going to die on the field, I can do it looking good"

Drake started Amtgard in 1998 when he found online a local chapter in Spokane that was meeting for a Demo. When he first played, he was hooked. Always having a fascination for Medieval times and combat, having the chance to "swing stick" was a no brainer. Once on the field, he was given a ratty old tabbard to wear. This is what spawned the garber in him to create his own garb. Since this time, he has turned his attention more towards the color of the game while maintaining a decent fighting skill. Through the years, his talents in garb improved and started to enter A&S tournaments. This became hook # 2 in bettering his skills. During his time in Amtgard , he has won several Dragommasters, Best in Show, and local land level awards.

Drake currently resides at Inland Ocean in Redmond, Washington, where he continues to work on his garb creations and give color to the field in any way that he can.

Currently he has a Woman at Arms belted under him, Bridgt
