- Effective March 23, 2002, by unanimous vote of the Amtgard, Inc. Board of Directors of Amtgard, Inc., the contract between Wetlands and Amtgard, Inc. is declared null and void by reason of Wetlands' violation of contract, refusal to adhere to the Amtgard, Inc. Corpora, and failure to correct violations of contract and corpora. All awards and honors given to their populace by Wetlands prior to March 23, 2002, are recognized as valid by Amtgard, Inc. link
