- Rising Winds becomes 12th Kingdom of Amtgard

- Dragon's Tooth is founded as a shire under Duchy of Pegasus Valley and Dragonspine.
- Olympus is founded as a Freehold shire in Mt. Vernon, IA.

- Silver Thorn Was founded as a shire under the Kingdom of Neverwinter.

May
- The Principality of the Rosetta Pact forms under the Iron Mountains.

July
- Crystal Groves elevated to Kingdom Status at Clan XXV.
September
- The Principality of Westmarch forms under the kingdom of Dragonspine.
October
- The Principality of the Rosetta Pact dissolves.
