How to Audit
Representatives; to audit a chapter.
First attempt to contact them via their listed information on the ORK and WIki. Do this even if you believe the information to be wrong. It's an easy way to check if it is still working. Note any changes on their wiki page.
Ask them how their chapter is going, and if there is anything that they need impress apon them that there is a wide world of amtgard out there that is interested in their chapter's success.
Then ask them the questions listed above. Change what is appropriate for their chapter on their wiki page.
Check the information on the wiki against what is listed on the ORK. Check their Atlas information and contacts. If a change must happen to the ORK. Like a chapter that has gone defunct. Please contact Linden.
When you have finished updating the chapter, check the pages categories, listed at the bottom to make sure they are correct.
Check the AMt Atlas to make sure the chapter is represented and in the right spot.
Make notes on the chapter talk page, how you contacted the chapter, or if you couldn't get through. On the bottom of the chapter page note that the chapter has been audited by adding the category Category:Audited for 2012
