Biography

• He has been instrumental in the building of Querna Tema from a shire to a duchy, founded and is the Daimyo of Clan Raion, was a big part of the Principality of the Rosetta Pact and is now a big part of the Principality of Rivermoor. A dedicated and honest man, husband, and father; Yoto is a great example of how to be a great amtgarder while being a good person at the same time.
