  • Savaen Azhmarek was created a knight of the Crown at Salt Wars. This is her second belt, having previously been knighted by Dragonspine in the order of the flame.
  • Dryope Tunguska announced her intention to run for Monarch of Gehenna Plains with Slarty as Regent.

  • Busy time at Centerpoint. This coming weekend, May 23rd, at our regular meeting place in Shawnee Mission Park will be the Crown Qualifiers. Bring your arts and sciences, bring your "can o' whoop butt," find out who's running for officer positions and have fun. We're expecting a large turnout for this. We'll need three people who are not entering anything in the arts and sciences competition to do judging. We may also need an extra or two to assist with the combat competitions.

left us without a Sheriff and the Shire Regent, Kentigern S'Rendi did not wish to succeed to the position. Serena S'Rendi and I were both interested in the position, however we both have some time constraints. Therefore, at the park this Saturday, we decided that I would step up as Sheriff Pro-Tem to finish out the rest of the term and I'm nameing her as my attache to provide messages and what not to the populace, and assist Kentigern should I be absent. Additionally, until further notice, Granite Spyre will be meeting at a different area of the Cullen Park in an attempt to be more visible and attract new members. Starting 05/30/09 We'll be meeting on the North Side of Saums adjacent to the water playground and the bathrooms. Neverwinter

  • Declarations for Prime Minister of Winter's Edge are open. Squinty has up in his intent, he says that he is taking Flow's 'Tool for keeping track of credits' and expanding it.
  • If you are planning on running for Monarch, Regent, or Champion I am now accepting declarations from now until May 31, 2009 at 12:00 am. So if you are wanting to declare I need to have your declaraion in writing or e-mail before mid-night on May 31, 2009. I will not accept any declarations after 12:00 am on May 31, 2009. I am going to try to have crown quals in the most centralized location for those of you who are on the fringes of the Kingdom. I am trying to have Crown Quals on or about the last weekend of June, 2009. For those of you who are running for kingdom Monarch or Regent you will need 8 arts and sciences entries along with passing the reeves and copora tests. Good Luck to all that choose to take on some responsibilities and give the "Old Schoolers" a break from office. So please everyone that is new and interested STEP UP and do your part for the Kingdom. Lets also make this the Best and most envied Kingdom in Amtgard. Thank You In Service prime Minister Sno Flake.

  • Western Gate had 83 people show up for a regular park day last week.
  • Ashen Hills is accepting declarations for Prime Minister.
  • Just a reminder that declarations for Gryphon's Perch PM and guildmaster positions are open until tomorrow at the park and will be closed at 2pm. Voting will open an hour later and will continue on until next Sunday at 2pm. -Duchess Jinx

  • Fal Dare...We have had a great week. We had 32 players at FP Thursday and we didn't get out of there until nearly 9p. We had 34 at Sunday practice, I left a few minutes after six and there were still 20 players on the field. We are making plans for our camp out/event the third week of July at Davis Creek.
  • The Duchy of the Rivers End has set May 30 for midreign, is planning a Duchy campout July 17 and 18 and Crown Quals on August 15. See Fitz Calitson and River's End featured in this video on youtube.
