He is to date the longest running elected officer anywhere in amtgard. Amtgard salutes you sir, and thanks you for you long and abiding service. Fodder's post to the BS list. First off I would like to thank everyone for their support over the years. Our kingdom(s) have had their share of ups and downs. It is time for me to move on and concentrate on other things. My tenure in office has come full circle. My first reigns began as this whole Aristiri issue was first coming to light and is ending with it being brought back to the fore front. Thank you all for the memories.. good and bad. Now... three people have put their names out there to be my replacement. I almost feel guilty by not running again and throwing one of these people to the wolves so to speak with our current political situation. Almost... I will not publically endorse any of them. All three are capable of doing the job. They've all held the position at their local land levels. I can work with all the condidates equally well enough to make the transition run smoothly. Here are some of the pros/cons as I see them. Falcon.. Been chancellor of DF for a while now, does a good job. Lives closest to me, would be easy to get together with if she needed help with something. Con: Currently works on Sundays, so any sunday events she might miss. Savage.. Has been chancellor of IK, did a decent job. Lives a little further away but is my squire so working with him shouldnt pose any problems either. Con: Templar kidding :P Anezka.. Currently chancellor of MH, does a decent job also. Con: Least experienced of the group, Lack of stable internet for communication.
