Biography
Mulds started Amtgard in the (at the time) Freehold of Wildgard in late September of 2012.
One time he stabbed a new player with his war pole and sent him to the nether world where mulds' dark god ate the new player. true story.
During a V7.7 game, he berserked 3 times in one life. it was fine with the reeve on the field, which also happened to be Mulds.
He once sluffed a reeves call. Killed the reeve, then rang the bell.
Mulds' persona is a Pict from the pre-celtic era, he had angered the Man on the Moon (a pict god) and was cursed with immortality. Making the best of a bad situation he became a mercenary for Jackal company his armour is derived from various places and time periods as he traveled a lot during his life.
During a crushing defeat against the Roman armies, Mulds searched for anything to make him stronger. he found his answer in a small kobalt from a land call Bellagarth. The Kobalt taught Mulds Soul weaving, a process that fuses a persons soul into a braid of cloth so they person's soul can never be stolen fully.
(this is why soul weaving exists(or so Mulds' has been lead to believe))
Soul weaving came into this world because a shaman created an army of monsters and pinkies by stealing their souls, capturing 100% of a persons soul and using it to control the person and fight on his side. while fighting, the shaman fled the battle leaving all the souls to be put back into the bodies, after this, the monster races came together and formed Soul Weaving. groups would travel around teaching others how to soul weave, binding part of the soul into a braid, that is wearable and always kept on the body. Weaving the soul into the braid allows the weaver immunity to the shaman's magic if he ever reappears and begins stealing souls again. Anyone believing in the return of the shaman will keep a braid on them, covered by many other braids as decoys to hide the soul woven one and fight to protect the braid with their lives.
