| Material Component | A double ended great weapon no longer than 6’ (quarterstaff). Must have blue covers on each end as well as white and yellow Enchantment Strip. |
| Incantation | "The power of water flows through me" |
| Effect | Bearer gain a modified Gift of Water 1/Refresh. Bearer gains one point of magic armor (upon activation only) and gains Heal 1/refresh Charge x5 (Persistent). If wielded by a class with a chargeable Heal, that Charge is cut in half instead (Persistent). Does not count as an Enchantment. |
