Persona Bio

I Thurg Ironfist, made my way from the Frozen wastes of the North, down into the scorching desert, with a small group of fellow barbarians in search of battle, plunder, and other finery. We wandered for quite some time, then we found a stronghold. At first we couldn't decide whether we should raid this stronghold or go in peacefully. So we waited. I watched these people for some time, and saw if we were to attack it would be no simple task. this land we had stumbled upon was as strong as the weathered mountains of our homeland. They were a proud people, who withstood attack after attack. After some time we marched on the stronghold, not in arms, but with an open hand. We had a lot to learn and learn we did. From our barbaric nature into thinking warriors they molded us. we then decided to make this our home. Dark Oasis was our new home and we would defend it to the end.

Sometime later many of the men who traveled with me, fell in battle. We burned there bodies on the funeral pyres, until they rose to the heavens. there are only four of us left, Kazan Ras, Three Piece, Xul, and myself.

We found new hope in a crusade not our own but mandated by the religious leaders of our new society, we answered the call to arms, bared their holy cross, and killed many in the name of this so called god, but this was not holy, nor of any god i knew or heard of. The slaughter of innocents, women and children, the old and sick. Those things may have been accepted to us long ago, but no longer. at the peek of the battle for the "holy" city, we turned on these crusaders and fought with these so called infidels. needless to say the battle was won, or i would not be telling you my story. We still wear the holy cross, but blackened and broken for it is no longer symbol of righteousness, but a reminder, that you alone hold your destiny not other men, not gods, but yourself.
