Kubla Khan, of Inland Ocean in the Kingdom of Blackspire

Biography
Kubla Khan first encountered Amtgard in 2001 at the Barony of Greenwood Keep, then under the Empire of Mystic Seas. In 2004 he relocated to Seattle, WA, near the Barony of Inland Ocean.
Kubla has served several offices including multiple terms as Prime Minister for the Principality of the Northern Lights, Inland Ocean, and Greenwood Keep. From 2005 to 2006, twice served as Monarch of Inland Ocean.
Kubla is a regular participant at Pac War and Thousand Stars in the pacific northwest. In 2007 he attended the Gathering of the Clans.
Kubla takes his name from the 1798 poem by Samuel Taylor Coleridge:
