| Material Component | A double ended great weapon no longer than 6’ (quarterstaff). Must have blue covers on each end as well as a white and a yellow Enchantment Strip. |

| Effect | Bearer is affected as per a modified Gift of Water. Bearer gains one point of magic armor (upon activation only) and gains Heal 1/refresh Charge x5 (Persistent). If wielded by a class with a chargeable Heal, that Charge is cut in half (rounded down) instead (Persistent). Does not count as an Enchantment. |
