Biography
Fifth Monarch of the Celestial Kingdom, and the 8th Kingdom Regent. Originally played in Barad Duin before it left Amtgard.
Rufus was also the third Consort of the Grand Duchy of Barad Duin, but he used the title Regent Which though more commonly used now was unknown at that time.
