Effect Bearer is affected as per a modified Gift of Water. Bearer gains one point of magic armor (upon activation only) and gains Heal 1/refresh Charge x5 (Persistent). If wielded by a class with a chargeable Heal, that Charge is cut in half (rounded down) instead (Persistent). Does not count as an Enchantment.
