8.0 Rulebook

The 8th Version of Amtgard rules, as of 2014-05-13, have not yet come out and are still in development. They are close to completion though and there are several parks that are play testing the Version 8 rules. The most recent version of the Version 8 rules is 0.7.3 which is a Release Candidate.

The rules are considered much more newbie friendly than the 7th version of the rules were and are expected to pass at Clans later this year.
