Biography

Originally from the Empire of the Iron Mountains, Owl moved to the Rising Winds in 2003. In the summer of 2006, he was elected King of the Rising Winds. In August of 2007 mundane life brought him to the Kingdom of Emerald Hills where he currently attends Mourning Wood Glen.
