From the Rulebook
Mystical Creatures hit with a Dispel Magic lose all their magic-like abilities and innate abilities for that life. They may not use their magical or innate abilities while in an Anti-Magic zone.
From the Dor Un Avathar
Creatures with this distinction have an innately magical nature. Mystical Creatures hit with a Dispel Magic lose all their Magic-Like Abilities and Innate Magical Abilities for the remainder of that life. They may not use their Magical or Innate Abilities while in an Anti-Magic zone.
