There are a number of resources for women who want to join in the fighting aspects of Amtgard, and for those who support the community:
House Lionesse is the leading household to support women in Amtgard combat, with resources, questions and community-building events.
In June 2018, Lionesse members Kiara, Dencri, Nike the Fox and Anne Cash held a panel discussion about women's fighting. The full video can be found here and excerpts also appear on wiki pages:

Several classes at SKBC have focused on skills and questions that are of especial interest to many women fighters.
Occasionally, women's tournaments are held to build community and introduce women fighters to a tournament setting. More details on recent results and best practices are here.
