Biography
Voltar started playing Amtgard in 1993 at the Duchy of Mordengaard (Originially Celestial Kingdom and later Wetlands). In Events in 2006, he helped found the Shire of Nocturnis as (Freehold) which soon joined the Celestial Kingdom.
