I challenge his opinion, and ask that he provide supporting ORS statutes, or other legal information supporting his claim, and I request that before this section be removed that we follow due proccess as defined in our Corpora Section 3.136 which states "Items put before the Althing for vote must be announced and opened for discussion for at least one Althing and then tabled until the following Althing for vote."
