Biography
The 6th Regent of the Rising Winds.
After a several year reprieve, D'gar returned to play at Inland Ocean, in the Northern Lights. He has held the office of GMR and has been working w/ the populace to encourage battle games and teach the new V.8 rules.
He can be found complaining or drinking beer at most events.
