Kelpie

Kelpies are an aquatic variety of Entangling Mass with an oddly equestrian appearance. They are nonintelligent, but display a rudimentary awareness of their surroundings. Kelpies congregate in and around seaweed beds, using their deadly foliage to hunt for food.
