Effects | Monster must declare a Lair to the Reeves before the game. Lair functions as an alternate respawn point and certain abilities may only work inside a Lair. The Lair can be a stationary object (like a tree or large rock) or an area marked off with ribbon. The Lair is assumed to extend 10 feet from any single object (if ribbon is used its boundaries are absolute).
