Effect
A spell, enchantment, or Fixed Enchantment you cast is negated and expended.
Limitations
May not be used on a magical ball already thrown. Magic that is completed when cast such as Heal (V7) or Resurrect (V7) cannot be cancelled.
Who gets it?
A 1st level Bard (V7), 1st level Druid (V7), 1st level Healer (V7), and 1st level Wizard (V7) spell.
