- Effects
- Target hit location on target player is Wounded.
- Limitations or Restrictions
- Has no effect on players already Wounded.
- Notes
- Wounding targets the player but affects the Hit Location. Visibility can be drawn to any part of the player, not just the desired Hit Location.
