Silver Tongue is a spell used by:
- 6th Level Bards

| Effects | Bearer gains Swift 1/refresh Charge x3.
Swift may still only be used on eligible magic. Other sources of Swift may not be utilized while Silver Tongue is worn |

| Notes | Does not use up any purchased instances of Swift |
