Biography

Sarjenka is a priestess of Selûne, a benevolent moon goddess who charges her to spread light, love, and fulfillment throughout the realms. She almost exclusively plays a Healer and is known for refusing to cast spells from the school of Death.

Sarjenka first became introduced to Amtgard at Gojotekicon in April 2019, where she met Raten Firewalker, Azalin, and other members of the Emerald Glades. She first attended The Emerald Glades gathering on May 4th, 2019, where lasting friendships were made and memorable adventures were had.

In October 2019, as a result of Mental Health disturbances, Sarjenka [temporarily] parted ways with the Emerald Glades and jounrneyed to Observatory Arcanum in Newark, Ohio. While there she met Brill Laaksonen, who would go on to become Grand Duke, and Lady Feyraine. She continued to be a presence there until Amtgard was shut down by COVID in 2020.

Upon returning to Emerald Glades in June of 2021, Sarjenka met Pescadillo Witherbloom, founder of Burning Shores, who asked her to become an officer of that park. She gratefully accepted, becoming one of the original founding members. Sarjenka served as Regent first, then later (upon becoming a Shire) she switched to Prime Minister.

Through diligent hard work, Sarjenka has grown in skill at making boffers. She is now the go-to person in Northeast Midgard if you want a boffer made for you and she is proud that her loaners are in use at both Emerald Glades and Burning Shores.

At the time of this writing, Sarjenka is currently serving as Monarch of the Burning Shores. She took office on October 2, 2022 and expects to serve one term.

Achievements

• Crafted her shield, the Blessed Aegis of the Silverstar, which won her first park-level Dragonmaster competition on May 18th
• awarded the Order of the Cyclone Award (for substantial progress in learning and preparing for Amtgard) at her first MidReign Feast, along with 1st Order of the Mask (for RolePlaying herself), 1st Order of the Owl, and 1st and 2nd Order of the Dragon (for the artistry and construction of the Blessed Aegis) by the reigning Monarch, Azalin
• Crafter her mace, the Wand of Four Moons, which won virtual dragonmaster at Observatory Arcanum in August 2020 and earned her 3rd Order of the Owl.
• served as Regent and Prime Minister of Burning Shores, 2021-2022
• Awarded 4th level Order of the Owl for production of numerous park loaners for Burning Shores and Emerald Glades
• became Raten Firewalker's page at BattleCry, September 2022
• Awarded 6th level Order of the Owl at EndReign in October 2022 for the advanced construction of her personal weapon
