Amtgard News

• The 7.5 RuleBook has been released!
• 48 new chapters have been founded this year to date, the highest number known to have ever been founded in a single year.

Burning Lands

• Falcon Tor has requested and been granted permission from the Rising Winds to seek sponsorship from the Burning Lands in compliance with the Kingdom Boundaries rules. This was decided on at the BoD meeting at the last Rising Winds Kingdom Event.
• Mezzie moves to the Dallas FT Worth area.

Emerald Hills

• Faunna, the newest Queen of the emerald hills, fresh off a term as kingdom regent signed two new chapters this week; Five Banners and Broken Bridge. A Freehold Darkmire has also formed only 26 miles from the kingdom seat in Ft. Worth.

Celestial Kingdom

• Last weekend's Charity Tourney and Auction garnered more than 150 dollars and a large pile of toys for Toys for Tots.

Golden Plains

• Announces a change of the guard at three of their chapters. At Iron Gate; Darken retained his position as Monarch Flint retained his position as regent Thibideaux stepped up as Champion . At Dark Oasis; Sir Drake stepped up as Monarch, Cervantes retained his position as Regent, Link stepped up as champion.
• Kingdom has also released their calender for the next reign in their althing minutes. Details

Wetlands

• On Sunday, December 21st, come to Mordengaard in College Station, TX and experience a huge pre-holiday day of Amtgard full of battlegames, an A&S competition, Jugging tournament, and a free feast courtesy of the Barony of the Duchy of Mordengaard. If you've seen the RP post in the RP forum, you know what to expect. I've already spoken with some of you verbally, and this looks to be a great time. Details

• Intents for Shire office begin in Green Water Valley in Nitro, West Virginia.

Blackspire

• Iron Keep has a new Winter Park. We will be meeting Saturdays at noon at Emerald Park 1400 Lake Drive in Eugene, Oregon. It is the same park we had the toys for tots tournaments/midreign at a couple of weeks ago. Now through out winter If you visit Eugene that's where you'll find us.

Rising Winds

• Healthy twins are born to Annilla and Crosser. Haggis and his wife welcome a baby girl.
• December 21- Ashen Hills Holiday bash and a visit from the King.

• A&S Results for Crystal Groves Crown Quals are released. Details

Desert Winds

• Twelfth Night Celebration will be held at Regent Roisin's House (map is on Yahoos site and will be available tomorrow at Park) Saturday, December 20, 2008. River's End

Freeholds

• On the 23rd: a Christmas Feast, with 'Goblin Clause' at Oathbreaker Bog in Sherwood, OR
• Darkmire in Ft. Worth finds a park and makes plans for garbing day.
• Red Storm is discovered in Tulsa Oklahoma
• Black Flame has disbanded.
• New Ireland is founded in Waco Texas.
