Teleport (Spell, Sorcery)

Incantation

Repeat loudly x5 “Teleport;” upon arrival loudly x5 "Arriving."

This limitation is rather silly and I hope is only a poor interpretation of the spell based on a partial or total(!) lack of spell description.

Why does a spell/innate ability require casting after it's effect has been completed? For balance, Teleport should make a loud popping noise- flash of light too if your worried about deaf creatures- and STUN the targets/passengers for the remainder of the round(no SDCIWC bonuses, unable to act;Magical Items,INT & NON-, retain parrying defense ability). This way, Teleport cannot be used to Surprise an enemy and the characters have to worry about who or what may be there when they appear(Obvious).

Range

Touch, Self Only or Willing Recipient

Effect

(Willing, relatively stationary Target/Recipient or Self Only) Recipient goes to any one location of the caster's choice, instantly and not traversing the area in between.

Limitations

Obvious Arrival- cannot be used to Surprise an enemy and the characters have to worry about who or what may be there when they appear. Must arrive on a solid surface

Location must be a known, fixed location; cannot be something like "Where the bandits are hiding the captives": as this location is not known. Ships at sea and such may be Teleported to if they can be

found by Scrying for them first(and then not even, if you want to be technical- other Divinations may be used to determine location relative to known, fixed locations; any uncertainty risks spell failure.

Cannot be used on unwilling targets and attempting to do so results

in the spell being wasted.

Who gets it?

Assassin can choose this as an Innate Ability at 3rd level. Also a 4th level Wizard,

       5th level Druid,Sorcery?
   and 6th level Healer Spell?

Spell Levels-please, with Classes Allowed for Spells
