Bearer can not receive the States Stopped, Frozen, or Insubstantial unless caused by the bearer or other enchantments they carry.
Bearer must Chant “Song of Freedom” or sing a song of roving or rambling.
Singing in place of the normal Chant is still a Chant and must follow all Chant rules.
