Outside of Amtgard, Muirin has LARP experience through Dagorhir as a crossgamer. They also obtained their First Aid/CPR/AED certification for the purpose of serving those that they LARP with.

In regards to a professional standpoint, They have served in a community standard for over 15 years in Alpha Phi Omega, National co-ed Community Service Fraternity, providing over 500 hours of service since 2002. Amtgard provides an easy way to continue this service.

Muirin also has English and Visual Arts and New media degrees, which they are more than willing to assist with educating fellow players in different forms of crafting.

Some of their skills are (but not limited to) sewing, glass blowing/sculpting, minor leather working, minor chain mailing, crocheting, painting, drawing, wood working, and 14+ forms of musical instruments.
