Empower is a spell used by:
- 2nd Level Bards

| Effects | Target player regains one use of any per-life Ability or Magic they have expended. |
| Limitations or Restrictions | Does not function on Empower, Confidence, or Restoration. |
| Notes | Does not allow a player to have more than their maximum uses of a Magic or Ability. |
