Empower is a spell used by:

Type	Verbal
School	Sorcery
Range	Touch: Others
Incantation	“I empower thee”
Materials	None
Effects	Target player regains one use of any per-life Ability or Magic they have expended.
Limitations or Restrictions	Does not function on Empower, Confidence, or Restoration.
Notes	Does not allow a player to have more than their maximum uses of a Magic or Ability.
