In the aftermath of the Barad Duin Civil War those loyal to His Most Aquatic Majesty, King Fish I largely congregated in the Golden City. There the most faithful of his subjects wait, and work to restore his kingdom. It is said in prophecy that in time his successor will come into the world of men and expand his realm into the bounds of the Celestial Kingdom. Some feared (or hoped) that much like Azar, Arthon would coronate another of his most Regal Majesty's brood. But alas, Arthon brought neither bowl, nor bag of silver at his closing court. Until that day comes Sir Randalf Falconbridge serves as seneschal of the realm and Lord of the Tower in Exile.
