The sales rep can give you the number of their local distributors (you can't buy direct from Pactiv, you have to buy from a distributor).

The sales rep I talked to said that those specs we commercially called "17 Polylam" and come in white, blue and charcoal/black. White is the cheapest; color costs extra. The foam comes in 48"x108"x2" sheets (4ftx9ftx2in).
