General Sir Rath of Midnight Sun Emerald Hills
A Knight of the Flame(EH, April 8, 2000) and a Master Owl Rath has been playing since Sept of 1994 Rath is perhaps best known as the founder of the IRCA (or for his nifty Spell Sheets). The progenitor of our current soft foam shield construction.
He is a founding member of the Justicars .
