In 2008, he took pennance for an on-line nuking he gave to a rival knight on the [[Crystal Groves]] list to set an example to up and comers that there are consequences for your actions as a knight.  The other knight didn't even bother to apologize for various silly slanders that no one believed anyway.

Despite claiming to be "semi retired" he has found himself once again very active at the local level and slowly getting more active with [[Crystal Groves]] as [[Solstice]] prepares to join that kingdom in the coming summer, running for barony [[Regent]] with his squire [[Celwyn]] as baroness and squire [[Blackfoot]] (Storm) as Champion.  He has also become very active as a Saracen, laying the foundations for his own tribe the [[Red Fist]].
