Steal Life Essence
Available to	Anti-Paladin
Type	Verbal Offensive
Range	Unlimited
Incantation	"Steal Life"
Prerequisites	Can only be used immediately after killing an enemy.
Effects	Status Effect: Target becomes Severed until they respawn. Secondary Effect (Immediate): If the target was affected, choose one at time of cast:: Caster restores a wound. Caster is affected as per V9: Renew. Caster removes any status effects making themselves Cursed or Severed. This choice is not prevented by the effects of Cursed.
Reminder	This can only be used once per triggering moment.
