Type	Specialty Arrow
Range	Strike
Material Components	Grey Cover or Indicator Strip, Bow
Incantation	"Phase Arrow"
Effects	Immediate Effect: Damage, Weapon Destroying, Ignores Armor, Ignores Immunities & Resistances.
Other Details	🏃 This ability can be cast while moving. This cannot harm players that are Insubstantial, Frozen, Invulnerable, or any other type of 'cannot be affected' that does not use the term 'immune' or 'resistant'.
