Biography of Group

Started by Riven Asayri and Tenebrae, the Dead Weights are all about coming together to die together. Arguably the most exclusive fighting company in Amtgard. The Dead Weights goal is to become a rolling pile of corpses so large it continues to roll others into it, similar to the Katamari games.

• Called "Dead" without being hit at War on Faerie II (and another member subsequently fell into laughter so much that she also had to call "Dead")
• Became Arch-Enemies with the Chosen at Aftershock 2017
• Invented "OctoDIE" in collaboration with Acorn of Belegarth at the AnS Symposium 2017 (and failed at it so badly that we had to create new rules to make it easier)
• Joined the Crown in the Soul's Crossing Raid of 2017, nearly causing them to lose
• Planted a spy in the monarchy at Onward to Canterbury 2017
• Accidentally gained a new member while attempting to poison the Chosen (again) at Gathering of the Clans
• Somehow managed to autocrat a smooth event... but nearly lost a gift from our arch-nemeses at Winter's Edge's first kingdom event, Festival of Triumph
• Failed to assassinate even a single Chosen at Keep on the Borderlands
• Tricked the incoming monarchy into making us the official guard for the reign at Crystalline Chronicles VII
