Biography

A group of Templars in the holy land became motivated by a lust for riches and self glory, this group broke away from the holy order for their own devious ends. They roam the Holy Land in search of holy relics they can twist and manipulate to their own black desires, they thwart the holy and righteous and any chance they get. Their Symbol a blackened cross, strikes fear into all those who hold to the light. The hierarchy of the company is led by the Grand tyrant, then the Doombringer, then the Plaguebearer, under them are the underlord, Vizier, liason, and Field Marshalls, each officer is allowed a peon to teach in the dark knowledge they hold. the peons remain peons until the council of officers deems them worthy of full membership. They will only allow up to three peons to become legionairres a year, as to make them strive for thier spots and earn them. The Heart of the company's members all reside in the kingdom of Golden Plains. Members strive for leadership roles in thier home field as well as in the company itself.

The Legion of the Black Cross excels in line fighting, they believe in the power of unity and fight as tight units in various formations. they pride themselves in the thier brotherhood.

Council

The council is run like the Templar Court of old With the Grand Tyrant presiding and the council member around him, any member may come to these meetings and address problems, needs, bringing in new members, or awarding standing members.
