Empower is a spell used by:
- 2nd Level Bards

| Range | Touch |
| Incantation | “I empower thee” |
| Materials | None |
| Effects | Target player regains one use of any per-life Ability or Magic they have expended. |
| Limitations or Restrictions | Does not function on Empower, Confidence, Restoration, or similar Magic and Abilities.
May not be used on the caster. |
| Notes | Does not allow a player to have more than his maximum uses of a Magic or Ability. |
