Description:
Although rare in other kingdoms, Water Elementals are in abundance in the Wetlands and Blackspire. Massive, living waves, the elementals are as changeable as the substance of which they are formed.
Garb:
Blue weapons and flowing garb. Blue face paint is good too. Add shimmering sheer fabric over the blue for a running water effect.
