Biography
Joined Amtgard November 2022 with Seaside Keep and led the park as the only scout for like three months. Despite his seeming reserved nature Pyro is a rogue at heart and likes his tricks and flourishes on and off the field. At Fall NLCC 2023 he won a jugging competition, joined Hybris, then killed the queen. All in a days work for a seaside rogue. Pyro is known for a love of longswords, using a self-taught style forged by stick figures, and fighting till he's on the floor.
Furthermore has led the initiative at starting the Vancouver LARP Guild, an events NPO based in Vancouver (the cooler one).
Fighting Style
Pyro uses a self-taught longsword style based on stick figures—affectionately called "the sacred texts". Because we was unable to tell which leg was forward (due to the stick figures), he accidentally taught himself a left hand style. This works to his benefit as this confuses right hand fighters, and often counters left handers. When class gaming he relies on heavy throwies using a cloak loaded with them, and often feints and fakes the throws between his shots.
