Steal Life Essence
Type	Verbal Offensive
Range	Unlimited
Incantation	"Steal Life"
Prerequisites	Can only be used immediately after killing an enemy.
Effects	Status Effect: Target becomes Severed until they respawn. Secondary Effect (Immediate): If the target was affected, choose and declare one of the following: Caster restores a wound. Caster restores the use of an ability with ♻10 or less. Caster removes any status effects making themselves Cursed or Severed. This choice is not prevented by the effects of Cursed.
Reminder	This can only be used once per triggering moment.
