Assassinate is an ability usable by:

1st Level Assassins

Type: Verbal
School: Death
Range: 50’
Incantation: “Assassinate”
Materials: None
Effects: The victim is Cursed.
Limitations or Restrictions: May only be used immediately upon killing an enemy.
Notes: Assassinate targets the killed enemy and does not require verbal targeting.
