Karpal
Biography
Karpal of Clan Warwolves, resides in the shire of Pekannott Rois. He is also one of the few remaining members of the defunct shire of Keinplatz. After many years of traveling, Karpal returned to his old stomping grounds to set up shop. To his surprise, he had found that Bromhir had taken the ashes of Keinplatz and used them to raise a new shire, Pekannott Rois.
